I love creating interactive, compelling learning solutions to bridge skills gaps and increase confidence. I empower learners to actively engage in their development by giving them the tools to thrive in their roles and apply their new skills consistently. Coming from a strong background in human resources, my attention to detail and project management skills ensures a smooth process when collaborating on projects.

I'm also a visual artist and love to paint, so I bring some of that creativity and uniqueness into my design projects.  Most people don't enjoy sitting through an hour-long, text-heavy training module that is difficult to retain and apply the knowledge.  That's where I can help!  I love to use proven learning theories and interactions to ensure transfer of knowledge and application in real-life situations.  

I currently reside in Santa Clarita, CA, and my hometown is Morgantown, WV (go Mountaineers!).  I'm an avid sports fan, love live music, and can often be found at my easel painting.
