Summary
This was my first submission for the Articulate eLearning Heroes Challenge #320. The challenge was to design a tabs interaction, as this is one of the most common designs in eLearning modules. Tabs highlight critical sections of the course, where the learner clicks on each to reveal more information.
Solution
I reside in the state of CA, which has seen more active shooter incidents than any other state in the past 20 years. Knowing what to do in the event of an active shooter incident is important to all learners, so I wanted to build this interaction to highlight this critical topic.

Summary
Workplace inclusion is critical to a successful diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative. Employees should always feel they can bring their authentic selves to work and that their creativity and ideas are encouraged and supported. According to Deloitte, companies with inclusive practices generate up to 30 percent higher revenue per employee and greater profitability than their competitors.
Solution
The client recently launched a detailed DE&I training schedule for their employees, and I was tasked to develop this micro-learning course to present content in an engaging, modern way. The interactivity of tapping through each card and the intentional use of GIF images helps the learner retain content.
